Returns & Refund Policy

At CozyDeco, customer satisfaction is important to us. Most physical wall art items may be returned or exchanged within 30 days from the date of delivery, provided they meet our return requirements.

Return Eligibility

To qualify for a return, the item must be sent back in like-new condition with its original packaging and included hardware. You should also provide your order confirmation or purchase receipt. Items that were personalized beyond the standard options shown on the product page are not eligible for return.

How to Request a Return

Before sending anything back, please contact our support team for return approval at contact@CozyDeco.shop. Once your request is approved, we will provide a prepaid return label, packaging instructions, and a return authorization number (RA#), which must be included with the shipment. Returns sent without prior approval cannot be accepted.

Order Problems

If your order arrives with any issue, please notify us as soon as possible after delivery. This includes damaged artwork, damaged packaging, incorrect items, wrong size or color, or any missing parts or hanging hardware.

Non-Returnable Products

Some items cannot be returned. These include personalized or custom-made artwork, clearance or final sale items, and products damaged after delivery due to improper handling or misuse.

Exchange Process

If you would like a different style or size, please first request a return for the original item using our standard process. You may then place a new order for the replacement item, and any approved return credit will be applied according to our refund policy.

Refund Processing

After your returned item is received and inspected, which usually takes 3 to 5 business days, we will send you a confirmation of approval or denial. If approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5 to 7 business days. Depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take an additional 3 to 10 business days for the funds to appear.
