CozyDeco ("the Site," "we," "us," "our") operates this online store for premium physical wall art decor, including canvas prints, framed artwork, posters, and ready-to-hang pieces. By visiting, browsing, or buying from the Site, you agree to these Terms of Service, along with our Shipping Policy, Returns and Refunds Policy, Privacy Policy, and any other legal notices published on the Site.

These Terms create a legal agreement between you and CozyDeco. They apply to every visitor, shopper, account holder, and browser using the Site. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, including rules about orders, payment, shipping, returns, intellectual property, liability, or disputes, you should not use the Site or place an order. 3. General Terms and Our Discretion

We may also change, pause, or discontinue any feature, product, or service, including temporary suspension of custom options during busy periods.

We may adapt content or website features for device compatibility and network performance. 6. Orders, Billing, and Physical Product Fulfillment

To place an order, add the items to your cart, proceed through checkout, and submit payment using the secure payment process. We usually send confirmation by email within 1 to 2 business days. After confirmation, processing normally takes 1 to 2 business days, and production plus shipment usually takes 3 to 5 business days, for an estimated total delivery time of 4 to 7 business days.

We may refuse, split, or cancel orders if there are issues such as fraud concerns, inventory limits, or incomplete address information. If we cancel a prepaid order, we will contact you using the details you provided and issue a refund when appropriate. You agree to provide a valid payment method and authorize the charges linked to your purchase. If subscription billing is ever offered, recurring charges may apply. Free standard US shipping is covered under our Shipping Policy, while international duties or taxes are your responsibility. Custom orders cannot be canceled once production begins. Taxes are calculated at checkout based on your shipping address.

7. Third-Party Services and Tools

The Site may include tools or services operated by third parties, such as payment gateways, live chat systems, or social sharing features. These services are provided “as is,” and we do not control, endorse, or guarantee them.

If liability is found despite this limitation, it will not exceed the amount you paid for the product, except where the law requires otherwise.

13. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless CozyDeco and its affiliates from claims, damages, losses, liabilities, or expenses that arise from your use of the Site, your violation of these Terms, your submitted content, or your dealings with third parties. This includes reasonable legal fees where permitted by law.
